Student trainee in Quality Management (m/f/d)

Werkstudent Quality Management (all genders) In Duisburg we are looking for you as a working student of Quality Management (all genders) at the Consors Finanz.

You work closely with the Quality Management teams. You support the complaint management team in answering written customer complaints. You support the KYC Relationship Management Team in reviewing transactions taking into account sanctions and corruption risks. You will contact customers by phone to get specific information. You will start presentations and analyses and prepare reports. You carry out smaller projects and work on major projects such as the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RSCA).
