In our corporate customer management team, we are looking for you as a specialist*in ImmoWert. In this function you are the central interface between the customer service providers and the GLS ImmoWert GmbH. You shall ensure the smooth organisation and implementation of the real estate assessment in the corporate customer business. Due to the careful processing of documents, the targeted commissioning of opinions, the careful processing of the collateral and the close coordination with reviewers and customer managers, you create the basis for a sound and legally secure credit decision. This means that you contribute significantly to the quality, transparency and risk mitigation in the bank's credit process. In this task, you undertake the following tasks: Compilation and examination of all relevant object and financing documents for forwarding to the experts. Own requirement of missing documents from customers or external bodies to ensure complete assessment bases.

Ordering and process controlSelecting the appropriate evaluation method and commissioning of the reviewers according to object type and internal bank specifications. Monitoring of the evaluation process, including time tracking, time-limit control and follow-up of expert reports.

Security managementDevelopment, maintenance and documentation of property security related to assessment. Checking the correspondence of commissioning and drafted opinion and forwarding to the responsible customer service providers.

Interface and coordination functionCentral contact between customer support and GLS Immowert Voting with Customer Responsors and Experts

Ideal for this position: a completed training in the field of banking, combined with one to two years of professional experience in the relevant field Knowledge of the valuation procedures for real estate (e.g. loan value, transport value) and their influence on lending and understanding of the relationships between real estate values, securities and loan risks in the corporate customer area. the ability to carefully prepare, examine and fully record evaluation documents safe handling of documentation and management systems for the tracking of documents and opinions and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
