Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (m/f/d)

Implementation of the strategic EHS orientation for the Central Region including functional management of a decentralized network Control of central risk and compliance processes (risk assessments, audits, inspections, measures tracking) incl. Reporting to the Leadership Team Support for building a facility management function Management of accident investigations, root-cause analyses and safety alerts and representation of the company to authorities Building and controlling a data-based EHS performance culture (KPIs, Power-BI dashboards, management briefings) Conception and implementation of practical training as well as promotion of behaviour-based security and CVP initiatives Responsibility for regional EHS budget, management systems (ISO) and continuous process improvement Establishing robust emergency, crisis and business continuity structures Promoting environmental responsibility (emissions, waste, chemicals) and integration of EHS into HR and business processes External representation and active promotion of a transparent, dialogue-oriented security culture

At least 10 years of experience in occupational and health protection and the establishment of effective safety cultures Leadership experience in international, geographically distributed teams and matrix organisations Qualification as a specialist for occupational safety or safety engineer (or equivalent), ideally with NEBOSH Diploma Very good knowledge of relevant industrial safety laws, EU directives and ISO management systems (45001 / 14001) Experience in facility or real estate management desirable German at the level of mother tongue, English with a safe treatment; other Central European languages High readiness to travel (up to about 70 %), ideally experience in the transport and logistics environment Convincing communication, analytical strength, high loadability and pronounced problem-solving competence
