Contract Manager (m/f/d)

You enter into and tax our contracts in the railway sector, in particular in the EVU operator model and actively manage operational and strategic contractual issues with responsibilities, customers, service providers and other partners. You are a central interface for contract topics in vehicle management, work closely with Controlling and Legal Department, and advise internal teams to implement contracts economically and in a regular manner. You analyze contracts, identify gaps and risks, and develop economic optimization potentials to sustainably secure the stability and efficiency of our contract and vehicle structures. You check and evaluate invoices, monitor budgets, process sales and önale-relevant facts in claim management and ensure transparent contractual documentation including knowledge base. You support tenders, quotations and contract negotiations, accompany projects such as vehicle procurement or operator concepts, and start sound economic analysis as well as decision bases.

You have a degree in the field of business management, economic engineering, transport, transport/transport or a comparable commercial qualification.
