Purpose and objective About us

Focus Personaldienstleistungen GmbH – NL Gera provides qualified professionals (m/w/d) to regional companies. From now on, we are looking for experienced MAG welders (MIG/MAG) for project-specific or regional-specific deployment planning for our regional customer companies as part of employee transfer

Task area / General tasks

• Operation and execution of welding work in the MAG process (MIG/MAG) according to work instructions and technical drawings
• Pre- and post-production: inspection of the components, cleaning of welds, deburring and grinding
• compliance with welding parameters, testing and quality requirements (e.g. visual inspection, possibly sample testing)
• Bars of welding machines, adjustment of parameters, adjustment of wire, gas and clamping devices
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, lists and work plans
• Safe handling of materials, workpieces and tools; Compliance with safety regulations (FSH, PSA)
• documentation of relevant production data and notification of deviations
• Cooperation in the team, willingness to shift work depending on the application plan (possibly early/dwelling)
• Participation in maintenance and cleaning of welding accessories and working areas

Requirements / Qualifications

• Complete training as a welder (e.g. welding specialist) or comparable professional experience in MAG welding.
• Finded MAG welding skills (MIG/MAG), ideally with certificates.
• Basic knowledge reading of technical drawings; safe handling of measurement technology of seams (rough values, possibly test reports).
• Teamability, reliability, independent working and focus on quality.
• physical loadability; ready for shift work (spring/spring shift).
• Driving license class B and own car of advantage (depending on location of use)
