Your tasks You are central contact persons for our third-party brokers in all matters of construction financing. You shall examine submitted financing applications for feasibility, make decisions on their own or prepare them for decision-making. You pursue a holistic approach to consulting – including securing the property, provision for modernisation and interest-rate strategies. With your expertise, you actively contribute to the expansion of our intermediary business.

Your profile You are a bank merchant (w/m/d) with further education to the specialist. You bring several years of sales experience in private or asset customer consulting – ideally focusing on private building financing.
