We are looking for experienced personnel consultants: who want to introduce their network and know-how in this segment and to help shape the area from scratch. You're building our doctoral exchange business. There is no regional or professional restriction on you – you can become active throughout Germany. You advise clinics, practices and medical facilities – from initial contact to successful occupation. You use your network and Active Sourcing to target top talents. You care and expand your own customer base and are responsible for new orders in the medical field.

Experience in medical placement or in recruiting medical professionals. An existing network in clinics or practices is a clear advantage. Communication strength, persuasiveness and entrepreneurial thinking. Want to build something own and shape it directly.
