The Construction Finance Department of Stock and Sustainability consists of around 30 employees, divided into four teams led by three team leaders at the Cologne and Bonn sites. In addition to the three existing teams, the Bausparen team is also part of the department with its specialist consultants and the LBS cooperation partners supporting retail sales.

As a department manager in the stock business, you are responsible for the complete construction financing stock of the private customer area.

In addition to inventory processing, the topic of sustainability and thus all relevant aspects about the real estate and the increasingly focussed energy sanitation is a central part of your department.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You guide the construction finance department inventory business and sustainability, as well as the building savings team, and promote the personal and professional development of your employees through development-oriented leadership. You develop and implement sales strategies to stabilize our market share in the building finance sector and promote innovative approaches to customer retention. Our customers are inspired by competent advice and support your team with special challenges. You test and analyze market trends as well as the competitive landscape and take appropriate measures for your department. You work closely with other departments, promote cross-departmental cooperation and build internal and external networks.
