Appraiser for real estate valuations (m/f/d)

You create independent market - and loan value assessments for residential and commercial properties outside the small loan limit in the Rhine-Main area You carry out object visits and create the corresponding documentation or Construction reports You check and plausibility external value assessments and existing value determinations You keep in mind the changes in professional requirements and continuously check the existing valuation processes and quality standards as well as initiate process - /quality improvements You are on the side of the real estate team in case of questions on expert advice

a completed vocational training in the bank -, construction or real estate business or a study from a relevant field multiannual professional experience in the credit business, in particular in the field of real estate assessment and have already worked as an expert a certificate to the real estate agent (m/w/d) Hpyzert F or a comparable qualification independent, responsible and accurate work with a high sense of responsibility You are a team player and have pleasure in passing on your knowledge
