Promoting the professional and disciplined leadership of an experienced team of business architects and their development in the sense of modern, servant-oriented leadership The operational design of our business architecture, in line with the requirements of our departments, IT teams and management in terms of architecture and transformation issues The active design of our IT strategy, target architectures and governance guidelines for a modern, secure and sustainable IT landscape As a business partner and representative (m/w/d) of the IT leadership, you are thinking about strategic issues, supporting as a consultant in decision-making and accompanying the transformation projects Promoting the responsible expansion of AI use – from suitable use cases to governance to the ability of team and disciplines

Multiannual experience in Business Architecture, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or a comparable role between discipline, IT and management Interest in the challenges of the energy industry – ideally with experience with supply system operators or comparable critical infrastructures A modern understanding of leadership: clear, empathic, development-oriented and with the need to strengthen self-responsibility in the team Strategic thinking, operational implementation strength and the ability to translate complex requirements into pragmatic architecture and implementation paths Understanding opportunities, boundaries and governance requirements of AI as well as encouraging meaningful AI use in the company Experience in the SAP environment, ideally with SAP BTP as well as knowledge in S/4U and/or S/4HANA to be able to classify strategic architecture issues in the enterprise context in a sound manner Very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. C1 language level)
