Sales Representative Field Service - Heating Systems (and Air Conditioning)

Economic responsibility: You have the sales responsibility for order intake and sales, mainly in heating systems and energy management, and are responsible for the key figures. Customer Acquise: You process and prioritise requests from private stakeholders from our broad customer base as well as new customers. Direct customer activity: Your advice is not only digital or on the phone, but above all personally on site – you will address our customers from heating request, supply creation to maintenance contract. Offer creation: You collect the actual situation on site, document the information with photos, plan heat pumps with the help of our software and create standardized offers for the individual needs of our customers. Control and development: You work closely with the management and technical project managers and are the interface to the customers. In doing so, you coordinate all sales activities in our company and always optimize the sales process. Strategic construction: You develop concepts together with marketing and present our company at trade fairs, exhibitions, consulting evenings and other private customer events.

You bring a commercial or technical training, ideally from the SHK craftsmanship. You may be a master/technomist or you have completed it. You are ready to work into the technical field or bring good technical basic understanding in the field of heat pumps and heating technology with for your incorporation into the SHK craft. You already have experience in the sales service and know yourself with the needs of private customers. Customer orientation is not only a keyword for you – you always keep the eye for successful order completion. Your safe and convincing appearance in dealing with customers is yours and forms the basis for successful business relationships. You are sure to use digital tools and good IT skills to support your efficient operation. Self-employed work is not a challenge for you, but a matter of course. With a class B driving license you are mobile and ready to go new ways in sales. You bring very good German skills.
