As a project engineer (m/w/d), you are independently responsible for the tendering and awarding of after-contracting services in the field of building technology and are thus significantly involved in the project success. Own and strategic implementation of the purchase of construction services in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), including the use of existing framework and cooperation agreements or system solutions Development and implementation of purchasing strategies as well as ongoing expansion and support of the supplier and subcontractor network Examination of technical and commercial supply aspects and implementation of contract negotiations and awards in accordance with policies and compliance with budget objectives Optimization of purchasing processes and maintenance of internal databases and tools Creating performance directories Technical examination of the planning and performance directories created by specialist planners

Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering (focus on building technology), in electrical engineering, supply technology or training as technicians or masters in these areas, alternatively a comparable degree with corresponding professional experience Ideally practical experience in technical purchasing and/or in technical building equipment (TGA) Good knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) and contracting Safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with tendering programmes are of advantage Communication strength, pronounced analytical thinking and negotiation skills High self-initiative, enforcement ability, awareness of responsibility and joy in team collaboration
