Development, implementation and further development of a digitalization and AI strategy for our group Identification, evaluation and implementation of AI applications in production, construction, service and administration Analysis and optimization of existing business processes through digital technologies Coordination and cooperation with specialist departments to develop practical AI solutions Initiation and support of digitalization projects from conception to successful implementation Training and support of employees in handling digital tools and AI applications Observing new trends in AI and digitalisation and deriving innovation potential for the company

Successfully completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering or Economic Engineering At least three years of professional experience in the field of digitalization and artificial intelligence in a manufacturing company Good understanding of industrial processes in machine or plant engineering Analytical way of thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working High affinity for digital technologies and innovations Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different disciplines and cross-company locations Initiative, innovation joy and enthusiasm for new technologies
