Cook/assistant cook for the nursing home ''Bodelschwingh'' in Freital (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Koch/Beikoch (m/w/d) for the Senior Care Centre “Bodelschwingh” in Freital. The body has a size of 35 hours per week and is, depending on the qualification, permanently possible.

Tasks:

• Preparation of food for the residents:in the nursing home
• Considering individual dietary needs and plans (e.g. dietary food)
• compliance with hygiene regulations and quality standards in the kitchen
• Organisation and planning of workflows in the kitchen
• Storage and careful handling of food

Requirements:

• training to cook or cooker desirable
• Advantages of experience in community use
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, health and safety
• Flexibility and commitment
• Reliability, Responsibility and Teamability
• good knowledge of German in word and writing (B2 certificate)
• 5-day week incl. weekends and holidays, according to schedule
