Auditing and accounting, accounting and management of open items General correspondence as well as project and relevant special tasks Determining, controlling and controlling building site results Reporting to Management Preparation and coordination of monthly and annual accounts Creation of regular balances of costs and services Implementation of procurement activities Responsible examination of contracts, contracts, permits and other certificates settlement of insurance damage Commercial and contractual processing of supplements Internal contact for the accounting and accounting departments Annual operational planning and monitoring of business activities Ensure efficiency and quality assurance within the framework of the provision of services Support for the preparation of wages and salary accounting

A successfully completed business studies - alternatively a completed kfm. Vocational training and/or further training as a trainee First professional experience in the construction industry - preferably in a senior function of advantage Experience in the development of construction projects and ideally knowledge in a billing and calculation program (ARRIBA, RIB iTWO, etc.) and/or with IBM AS/400 desirable Affinity for numbers and knowledge in MS Office High team and enforcement capability Impressive operational readiness, great reliability and self-responsibility driving licence class B compulsory
