CNC router with 5-axis & Fanuc experience

You independently set up 5-axis CNC milling centers with Fanuc control, re-engineer and secure the machines for new production orders – from tool selection to zero point setting. You can read programs safely, adjust corrections directly to the controller and optimise existing NC programs so that throughput times decrease and the quality of parts remains constant During the shift operation, you take over the production of demanding precision components made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials – you always keep in mind dimensional and shape tolerances Quality assurance is of course a part of this for you: you can check measurements with suitable measuring means, document results conscientiously and recognize deviations early on. Preventive maintenance and maintenance work on the machines is carried out independently – thereby ensuring high machine availability and avoids unplanned failures In close coordination with work preparation and quality assurance, you actively contribute your experience to further develop manufacturing processes and raise optimization potentials
