Software Developer – Device Software & Automation (m/f/d)

Further development and maintenance of our existing device software including Connection via Ethernet, CAN bus, Modbus and MQTT Conception, implementation and integration of automation and PLC solutions (e.g. Festo, Siemens) for our fully automatic dissolution test equipment in close coordination with software and electronics development Close cooperation with the electronics development and integration of firmware and hardware components Support for risk analysis and compliance, e.g. in cyber resilience Development of device-related applications and control software in a Windows environment Participation in internal software and system tests Active knowledge transfer in the team, including professional representation for our DISSO.NET application Working on the design and implementation of our modern device platform with C# and Angular

you have a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification or multiannual experience in software development you have very good knowledge of C# and/or VB.net you have already gained first experience in PLC programming (e.g. Festo, Siemens) and automation technology you bring experience in the development and deployment of Windows applications SQL is not a foreign language for you and you are sure to use Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) you will have knowledge of the optimization of build pipelines (CI/CD) you bring interest and competence in dealing with legacy code and in optimizing existing systems you have a secure understanding of hard/software interfaces and common communication protocols you work analytically and solution-oriented you are team-oriented and enjoy interdisciplinary exchange you communicate well in German and safe in English
