Cost and performance calculation Creation of quarterly reports Working with the annual planning Monitoring of performance prices and the award framework Develop and standardise controlling instruments for the analysis and control of financial flows, in particular in third-party management and separation accounting Creation of address-oriented visualizations and response to ad hoc requests Contact and Sparring Partner for the Bureau Participation in transnational projects and topics Active participation in digitalization and automation projects (e.g. the introduction of SAP S/4 HANA) Development of proposals for process optimization

a completed study of business management, ideally with a focus on controlling at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position in controlling

Required expertise and personal skills sound knowledge in budgetary and financial matters analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to strategically consider and derive control recommendations Communication, consulting, project and interface competence Affinity for numbers and a structured, independent way of working safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Teamability coupled with a high level of responsibility and reliability German knowledge (C1 level) SAP knowledge and knowledge of public procurement law are advantageous
