Trainer - Department of Initial Training (m/f/d)

You win apprentices and dual students for our company and shape the recruiting process You design, plan and moderate training measures (presence and webinar measures) for the professional, personal and technical development of our trainees At the same time, you are orientating yourself at the framework curriculum “Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen” You develop new education and training formats and implement them successfully You tune seminar content with our specialist departments and provide a practical knowledge transfer You create and update training and training documents As a reliable contact person, you will be able to help our trainees and dual students with all questions about the training / study day. You conduct feedback and assessment talks as part of initial training and thus support the individual development of our junior staff You perform organizational tasks around planning and coordination (e.g. creation of operational plans, recruiting, trade fairs, internships or events) You actively participate in the further development of our training programs and the associated processes

A completed training as a merchant/wife for insurance and financial investments or for the insurance businessman/wife, is desirable for further qualification as an insurance specialist or equivalent, practical experience in interior services with good insurance skills or a completed study with the topics of pedagogy, psychology or insurance management Your trainer competency is developed by participating in the training as a trainer/in at the German Insurance Academy (DVA) in the first year of activity You have a strong sense for the generation Z and Alpha You are characterized by a hand-on mentality, high solution orientation and implementation strength You bring empathy and pronounced communicative skills Inspiring, convincing and motivating people is one of your strengths You work conceptually, responsibly, independently and systemically Teamwork is fun – you bring commitment, flexibility and resilience “Lifelong Learning” is a matter of course for you and you like to explore new topics You have good knowledge in the MS Office area You have practical experience in dealing with groups and individuals
