As an apprentice to the businessman for digitalization management (m/w/d), you will become the central interface between IT and our departments! You ensure that our business processes are optimally digitally supported – efficiently, forward-looking and tailor-made to meet the requirements. Whether in the analysis of existing processes, the selection of suitable IT solutions or the support of exciting digitalization projects: You're packing up, you're thinking and bringing in your ideas. Step by step you grow into a key role in the digital transformation of our company!

IT consulting & support: advice and information from customers and colleagues on IT and digitalization topics Process analysis & optimization: Analysis of existing business processes, their optimization and further development with appropriate IT systems Project work: Planning and implementation of diverse IT projects – independent and in the team Interface function: switching between IT and specialist areas, implementing technical requirements in IT solutions Quality Assurance & Development: Detection, Recognition and Documentation of System-specific Information and Support in the Development of Programs and Functions

Interest in digital topics and safe handling of modern technology Enthusiasm for computers and understanding of technical relationships Joy in logical thinking and creative problem solutions Team spirit and creativity, ideally first experiences through school projects, leisure activities or internships in the IT sector Good English knowledge of word and writing
