Unconditional customer orientation: You will become a car hire expert with us and ensure great customer experiences All-round advice: You take care of the competent telephone consultation and support of customers before, during and after booking on the subject of car rental and the worldwide correspondence with our international partners Thanks to modern AI systems, you can react even faster and more precisely to customer requests. You will independently process the wishes and bookings of our customers and the associated administrative activities Data management: You are responsible for collecting and maintaining customer data. Intelligent software helps you to invest more time in the perfect customer experience
