Control and processing of all mailing topics of the German-Land division in cooperation with Global Mobility and external consulting firms Advising the departments and staff Contract processing and production Documentation and legally compliant country-specific settlement of operations (tax, SV including KV, immigration, data protection, etc.) Standardization of procedures and documents with Global Mobility Participation in the establishment of a Posting Directive Implementation and monitoring of control processes Advice and opening of Inpats Accompanying tax returns with external consultancy firms Controlling and reporting Participation in SV and Tax audits relating to pensions

Completed study of legal, economic or financial knowledge or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in international cooperation and corresponding characteristics in the fields of income tax, international tax law, double taxation agreements and wage tax Communication strength and joy in administering employees and managers Very good German and English
