Senior Manager CFO-Services – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) (m/f/d)

As a manager, you will go to the Acquise Management, take over project responsibility and ownership from the outset for our GRC advisory portfolio and work across the industry for our international clients. Start with us – from design to successful implementation of tailor-made GRC solutions for our clients. You can look forward to this: Building another GRC advisory team Active customer acquisition and strategic business development Development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies for our GRC services Advising customers in the further development and optimization of their GRC organization, processes and systems Operational responsibility of projects (time, quality and budget), (further) development of the consulting team and extensive experience in exciting, complex project assignments/structures Conception and implementation of new consulting approaches to corporate governance structures Designing modern, effective and efficient control and control systems that create real added value for our clients Close cooperation with the responsible partner in the business field expansion

Successfully completed studies with business management Multiannual, comprehensive consulting in the field of governance, risk & compliance, like from the Big4 environment Proofably successful in business development and project/customer acquisition Entrepreneurship, combined with ambitions and skills, to build up something new and to become a partner (m/w/d) in the medium term Representative technical and project-related expertise in the areas of internal control system, risk management system, compliance management system, tax compliance management system, internal audit system Deep end-to-end process understanding (incl. system landscapes), methodical & practical expertise, management skills WP exams and/or other GRC-relevant certifications High quality awareness and excellent customer orientation Hands-on mentality paired with strong strategic action Communications-strong, convincing appearance, leadership-driven and team player (m/w/d) as well as independent working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
