For our customers and sales partners, you are the contact person: You are competently answering all questions of the customers and sales partners regarding the performance claims and are always customer- and solution-oriented even in case of complaints. You can organize yourself well: You can structure your tasks well in terms of content and time and always keep an overview. Complicated cases require your cooperation with experts: In case of unclearness within the performance requirements, experts will be added to be able to expertly accompany the clarification process.

Training: You have completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a completed medical training. Experience: Ideally, you already have experience in the medical field with a focus on billing. Knowledge: You have good PC knowledge and are familiar with billing in health insurance or healthcare. Personality: You are team players and appreciate the exchange with your colleagues as well as the service-oriented communication with customers.
