Together with a multicultural team and competencies, we are committed to structuring, managing and controlling exceptionally extensive and demanding industrial construction projects in Germany and abroad. Working in project management of demanding international projects, starting with the planning phase, tendering and awarding up to the construction phase Support in the control and monitoring of dates, costs and construction qualities Participation in the development and support of multi-project structures Preparation of presentations for customers Cooperation in the preparation of feasibility studies, cost-effectiveness analyses and user needs reports, and communication with all project participants Support in the preparation, implementation and documentation of workshops

Studies in architecture, engineering, construction management or a comparable field with technical and/or business background in the advanced semester Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of how to use common MS Office programs and the ability to read and understand design drawings (2D and 3D/BIM) Good communication skills to deal with difficulties in handling projects with multiple languages and different cultures Motivation, reliability and a high-quality working and organizational skills
