Facility Manager (m/w/d)

In this position, ensure the smooth operation of our buildings and technical facilities: You carry out regular round and control procedures to ensure proper operation You are responsible for renovation work and repairs of all kinds You take over repair and installation work in the sanitary and/or electrical sector You perform all the technical tasks in the object You accompany and supervise external craftsmen in their operations on site You monitor maintenance, repair and assembly of external service providers You act as a competent contact person and communicate professionally with external service providers as well as with colleagues in the property on site

Complete specialist training in facility management, ventilation, maintenance or electrical engineering Self-sustainable and flexible working methods as well as strong team capacity and responsibility computer identifiers, in particular MS Office; Experience with CAFM and SAP Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements desirable Knowledge of heating / ventilation / sanitary / MSR technique of advantage driving licence class B Very good English skills
