Housekeeping assistant (m/f/d)

Support for senior housekeepers in day-to-day operations and representation in their absence Co-responsibility for a smooth operation throughout the housekeeping sector Ensuring our high quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards in the guest rooms and all public areas Control of clean rooms and public areas Application planning and technical guidance and support of maids and cleaning staff Introduction and training of new employees and promotion of continuous quality standards Close cooperation and communication with reception, home technology and other hotel departments Implementation of inventory and control of stocks Ordering and managing detergents, laundry, consumables and guest articles Support in optimizing workflows and quality standards

A completed training in the hotel industry is advantageous Professional experience in housekeeping, ideally in the upscale hotel industry First experience in a coordinating or deputy function is desirable Organizational designer and independent and responsible working High service and guest orientation Communication strength, team spirit and a safe occurrence Flexibility, resilience and hand-on mentality A well-maintained appearance and very good handling forms
