As an assistance to the market management, you represent and support the market leader in all tasks. These include:

• Support in implementing the sales concept
• Assortment design and implementation of advertising and sales measures
• Support in managing sales, cost and inventory development
• Ensuring proper control of the goods business
• Ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations
• Implementation of quality management and professional customer consulting
• Contact person for market staff and personnel deployment planning

• a completed vocational training as a merchant in the retail trade, mainly in the retail trade, or a comparable training
• a degree to the trade specialist is a plus
• ideally professional experience as a market manager assistant, stellv. Market leader or leadership experience in sales/single trading
