You act as the main regional representative for sales computing design and translate global requirements into locally effective, performance-oriented incentive models. You locate global compensation structures using market data and taking into account legal requirements in the respective countries of the region. You lead and coordinate the implementation of global annual processes at regional level, including salary rounds, short-term and long-term incentive programs, as well as Benefits renewals. You advise the HR team and executives competently on compensation issues and organisational changes. You are responsible for the regional benefits offerings and control external service providers, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring and cost control. You lead, develop and coach the regional reward team and promote a culture of cooperation, further development and continuous improvement.
You have a successfully completed economic studies (Uni/FH/DH) or a comparable training with specialist training in the field of human resources. You master financial modelling as well as the analysis of complex incentive structures and evaluate their effects soundly and forward-looking. You apply workplace assessment and market benchmarking methods safely, in particular by Willis Towers Watson or comparable systems. You act as a trusted advisor in sensitive, high-ranking decision-making situations and proceed discreetly and sovereignly. You think strategically as well as innovatively, identify risks and optimization potentials at an early stage and consistently drive sustainable improvements.
