Your tasks in detail: Consumption and processing of calls and correspondence for payment, invoice and follow-up mail operations in the legal protection acts in the context of damage regulation (e.g. clarification of property requests, cost statements by the lawyer, the courts, etc.) You are the contact person (m/w/d) regarding payments for damage regulation taking into account the RVG/ARB for customers or lawyers (m/w/d) Management and maintenance of digital files and collection of relevant data in the inventory system Monitoring of deadlines, repositories and payment procedures
