Total responsibility and management of wind farm construction sites on site for the terminological, quality and cost-effective implementation with the focus on project optimization with the project team and after-contractors involved in the project Ensuring compliance with the ENERCON construction site regulations, the existing HSE standards and the construction processes by the project participants Monitoring and coordination of heavy and special transport within the wind farm Depreciation and clearance of accounts for services carried out by quality and cost Support for commercial project management in contract and claim management Continuous in- and external reporting as well as the provision of a complete construction site documentation

Preferentially completed technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, mechanical engineering, energy technology) or alternatively technical vocational training with further training as master / state-tested technicians or comparable education First experience as a construction manager in the field of construction or energy Secure handling of MS Office programs and SAP Very good communication skills in German and English exemplary engagement and motivation High level of readiness for travel Representative social competence and team spirit Structured, earnings-oriented and self-employed Absolute altitude
