Coordinator for technical building equipment (TGA) and maintenance (m/f/d)

We are looking for our location in Ahlen:

You coordinate and monitor projects in the field of technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, sanitation) and plan maintenance and modernization projects. You work closely with internal departments, external service providers and handicraft companies to ensure safe and standard operation. You will take care of the technical support and testing of TGA systems as well as the monitoring of repairs and troubleshoots. You will start technical reports and documentation and work on the optimization of energy consumption in coordination with energy management. You identify potentials to increase energy efficiency and sustainability and actively contribute to innovative solutions.

You have completed training in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology, facility management or a comparable area. You ideally have an additional qualification such as masters or technicians as well as several years of professional experience in the field of TGA or building technology. You will bring well-founded knowledge of technical standards and regulations, such as DGUV, DIN or VDI. You have experience in coordinating internal and external partners as well as in technical project planning. You work structured, responsibly and solution-oriented and have team skills and communication strength.
