Supporting employees for international, short-term and long-term returns and expatriates, in particular from Japan, in all matters relating to stay, salary, social security, tax returns and health insurance, as well as the examination of rental contracts Communication with and coordination between internal specialist departments, the Japanese parent company and external service providers, e.g. relocation services, authorities Support of the Payroll department in the correct pay tax treatment of shipments and special payments Support for the local recruitment of third-country nationals including the processing of residence rights issues Support in the verification of entry requirements and updating of the travel regulations in cooperation with the relevant departments Participation in HR audits, employee for occupational accidents and accident insurance

(m/w/d) or similar background, as well as first professional experience in a comparable field of activity in the processing of social security, pay tax and residence rights Negotiating Japanese knowledge and fluent knowledge of German and English Extensive understanding of Japanese corporate culture High service orientation and consulting skills Respectful handling internally and with external partners Careful, structured and solution-oriented operation Learning readiness and digital affinity
