As project manager:in you take over the management of sophisticated HLS projects in the real estate portfolio of Vonovia – from planning to acceptance.

Technical project management of A–Z You coordinate HLS projects with a focus on heating modernization in stock – independent, structured and timely. Coordination with clients, teams and subcontractors You control the interfaces between planning, operating units and after-contractors – and ensure smooth operations. Project documentation & controlling You keep an overview of costs, dates and quality and document progress within our standards. Administrative project management You work with Outlook, Excel and optionally SAP to maintain project data, releases and forecasts.

Technical background – ideally in the area HLS, SHK, TGA o. 3–5 years of professional experience in the technical environment – e.g. as project manager:in, construction manager:in, technician:in or comparable Secure handling of MS Office, SAP skills are a plus Self-employed, structured working with enforcement Communication strength in word and writing Teamability and binding occurrence
