What you expect You create quality management plans, test plans, test instructions as well as other quality-relevant documents for all test processes along the value chain – from the incoming goods inspection through the production testing to the goods exit testing of components and assemblies The construction, maintenance and continuous optimization of the testing planning in the CAQ system including the interfaces to the ERP system are within your responsibility You check and create the required quality delivery documentation, such as test certificates and test logs, and accompany customer acceptances as well as ideas for quality testing (ZtQ 2.1) You can edit complaints structured and sustainably and create, among other things, 8D reports on cause analysis and troubleshooting The documentation, distribution and audit-proof archiving of quality records reliable safe In case of bottlenecks or special challenges, you take over the coordination of the necessary measures and control the escalation management Promoting efficient and solution-oriented cooperation with adjacent specialist departments Active You bear the overall responsibility for managing the Quality Planning Group The professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees assigned to you (m/w/d) is part of your daily task Through a regular exchange, you create transparency, promote team cooperation and give constructive professional and personal feedback The targeted further development of your employees (m/w/d) support you through individual support measures and sustainable personnel development In addition, you will bring the willingness to occasional business trips What you bring You have completed your studies as a Bachelor or Diplom-Ingenieur (m/w/d) of Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience in quality planning will bring you with You have successfully completed a further education on the quality manager (m/w/d), for example according to TÜV or DGQ standard Ideally, you have a qualification as an internal auditor (m/w/d) according to IATF 16949:2016 or as a VDA auditor You have profound knowledge in handling MS Office, SAP R/3 and CAQ systems, preferably Babtec Leadership experience as well as a safe and professional appearance – also in the international environment – distinguish Very good English knowledge in word and writing allows you to communicate with international customers and business partners Analytical thinking and a pronounced problem-solving competence are your strengths In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of common quality management methods and apply them safely in practice A structured, independent and result-oriented way of working completes your profile Benefits Secure employer Attractive payment by IG metal tariff contract 30 days off Christmas and holiday money Development Occupational pension Flexible working time models Grant for the Deutschlandticket Company doctor Kita grant Fitness and health services Bike leasing
