Tax Consultant / Tax and Project Assistant (m/f/d)

You support the creation of tax calculations, tax declarations and tax registrations in the field of direct and indirect taxes and provide tax-relevant data for billing price documentation. In national and international projects with financial reference, you contribute your tax expertise and support the further development of the Tax & Social Law area. You will create technical texts, presentations and evaluations on tax issues, and participate in the planning and implementation of internal tax training. Your duties include the review of tax rulings and the support of reporting and the preparation of commercial annual accounts. You support internal and external communication on tax and social matters and work closely with various specialist areas. In addition, you participate in the preparation and coordination of measures in the internal control and compliance management system and take over administrative activities in company law, such as trade reports and trade register applications.

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on taxes, tax theory or a comparable qualification; as an alternative to several years of professional experience as a tax specialist, tax specialist or in a comparable position. Experience in the cooperation of projects and a good understanding of financial, fiscal and business relations. Knowledge of national and ideally international tax law as well as basic knowledge of commercial, equity and company law. Safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with SAP and/or Navision are of advantage. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
