Manager R&D Controlling (m/f/d)

As Manager (m/w/d) R&D Controlling, you take over the financial management of global development and project activities within the TURCK Group. In close cooperation with management, development management, product management, operations and finance, you create transparency about investments, projects and development portfolios and provide sound basis for management. Further development of the project controller – from business case and gate decisions to industrialization Creation of transparency on R&D budgets, project costs, production cost forecasts, resource use and cost-effectiveness Development and optimization of KPIs, reporting structures and forecast processes in international R&D and project controlling Analysis and evaluation of innovation and development portfolios Support for make-or-buy decisions, design-to-cost initiatives and target-margin measures Coordination of international controlling interfaces and participation in global transformation, standardization and digitization initiatives

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Comparable with a focus on Finance/Controlling Multiannual professional experience in controlling an international industrial company, ideally in R&D, project or product cost controlling Funded knowledge of budgeting, business-case evaluation, cost and investment calculation as well as management reporting Experience in managing international teams, projects or stakeholders Secure handling of ERP, BI and reporting systems as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint
