A workplace outdoors, in any weather – mowing grass, weeds, cutting trees, cultivating plants: With passion for gardening, you take care of planted and fortified outdoor areas at various locations of our company group and carry out all tasks of the green area care professionally. Technically experienced and skillful, keep vehicles, machines and equipment in service and take over the winter service together with your team in the cool season. As a manager (m/w/d), you coordinate the deployment and work planning, ensure a frictionless process on all construction sites and assist your team as a professional partner. You motivate, support and promote your employees and live in reliability, quality and respectful interaction. You function as an interface between team, internal departments and contractors, provide information and work instructions and consistently respect work safety, environmental and quality standards.
