Application Management (CRM & PIM) Administration, operation and continuous development of the CRM system (Creatio) Product Information Management (PIM) system (Centric PXM (contentserv)) Ensuring system availability, data quality and performance Customizing, system updates and release tests Control of external service providers and support partners

Process management & process optimization Analysis, design and optimization of sales and master data processes (lead to order, product data lifecycle etc.) Identification of Improvement Potentials along the End-to-End Process Chain Implementation of automation and standardization Establishing and developing best practices in process management Documentation and modelling of processes (e.g. BPMN)

Interface and Integration Management Ensuring the integration of CRM and PIM with adjacent systems (e.g. ERP/SAP, BI) Coordination of interface requirements and data flows Support for data migration and harmonisation of master data

Stakeholder and Demand Management Recording and Evaluation of Requirements from Sales Areas Priorization and Control of Change Requests Close cooperation with key users and departments Support for training and user enablement

Reporting & data quality Ensuring high data quality in CRM and PIM systems Development of reports and dashboards for sales management in cooperation with the BI team Support for BI initiatives and data-driven decision-making processes

Complete study of economic informatics, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in application management of CRM and/or PIM systems Good knowledge of sales processes and master data structures Experience in process management and process modeling Ideally experience in the SAP environment (e.g. S/4HANA Integration) Experience with data management and data quality processes Understanding agile and classic project methods (Scrum, ITIL of advantage) Ideally knowledge of system integration and interface technologies (APIs, middleware) Analytical and Process-oriented Thinking Power High communication capability and interface competence Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Teamability and enforcement Very good German knowledge in word and writing Good English knowledge in word and writing
