As a technical lead (m/w/d), you take a key role in the App Factory in the double tip with Milena Rottensteiner: You combine strategic thinking with modern leadership, technical excellence and genuine enthusiasm for people and innovation. You take on the overall technical responsibility for app development, including the definition and continuous development of technical architecture, standards and development processes. You have profound expertise in the development of mobile applications, e.g. Android, iOS, Kotlin You create a framework in which your team can grow professionally and personally and create an environment in which trust, readiness and self-responsibility are lived. You actively support the self-organization and further development of your employees: both at team and individual level. You are responsible for the tasks, resources and budget planning in close coordination with the management. You always keep the corporate and sector goals in mind and support your team to derive clear and motivating team goals. You use the processes, methods and procedures of Star Finanz, including our management and management tools, and work on their continuous improvement. With your ideas and decisions, you are actively involved in the overall strategy of Star Finanz. You take the communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders and represent the App Factory confidently inward and outward.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable qualification. You have experience in working with agile methods, self-organized teams, OKRs and with transformational leadership. You convince by communication strength, empathy and the ability to actively shape changes and master challenges constructively. You bring experience in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders – ideally within the Sparkassen financial group. We do not expect you to be an expert in all points – readiness and motivation are more important to us.
