As a network service provider for the DRV-Bund, we stand for a secure and performant operation of the network infrastructure, for the fulfillment of the relevant legal standards, for the planability of costs, for cost-effectiveness and advice of network solutions. The Network Architecture & Shared Services Team takes over key tasks such as architecture responsibility, standards, demand management, order management and budgeting, specialist group activities, project management and support in the area of topics for the DRV Bund network and security infrastructure. To support our team we look forward to a newn colleague for the Berlin or Würzburg site.

Maintaining the personnel and expertise responsibility for the Network Architecture & Shared Services Team of currently 10 employees with active application of the management tools of personnel development and operational health management Control of external employees, for example in the context of project work Support in implementing and maintaining change processes Active design and control of the delegated tasks of the team and the perception of IT specialist tasks and innovation development Head of a specialist group for data network and telephony (FGDNT) Leadership and cooperation in projects Representation of the area in internal and external bodies

You have a successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (for example IT-specific qualification) Alternatively, you have a successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector with several years of professional experience. You have multi-year work experience in the field of network technologies or architecture You have first leadership experience Ideally, you have experience in managing complex projects and managing projects A safe handling of agile procedures, for example Scrum or Kanban and Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, is desirable.
