As the first contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) you can contact our customers personally, by phone and online, consult them on all questions of social security and resolve their concerns independently. In daily practice, you accompany the complete recording process of our new customers (including the family members), check legal issues in insurance law, are responsible for the timely delivery of the electronic health card (eGK) and electronic reporting in the various areas (e.g. health insurance funds, employers, universities, etc.). Through your empathy and service orientation, you contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our insurers and employers.

You have completed their studies, e.g. Healthcare, Business Administration and Management, Health Management, Health Management, Health Management, Business Administration, Economics, Economic Law or a comparable qualification (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). Ideally, you are interested in healthcare and social insurance issues. You have a quick understanding and are happy to learn new topics.
