The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for 125 years. Do you want to actively shape an innovative residential project away from the path you have entered?

In the WG Bensheim “included” are nine children and young people from 6 years old who cannot live in their family of origin. The WG offers young people with and without impairment the opportunity to participate actively and equally in social life. The barrier-free residential group is located near the pedestrian area of Bensheim and offers excellent sports and leisure opportunities that promote social participation. The development of the inclusive offer was accompanied scientifically as part of the project “Inclusion Now” (BVkE & EREV).

So your day looks like • With patience, empathy and humour, you take care of and support children and adolescents from different worlds of life in everyday life, accompany their development to independent personalities and promote the way into a self-determined life • As part of the reference service, you take responsibility for individual residents • You plan individual and group pedagogical offers for and with young residents and through active design and professional exchanges you will continue to develop pedagogical work at • In cooperation with the Youth Office and caregivers/premiers, you develop ideas and possibilities for returning to the family or for a sustainable perspective in the group of residences as well as a possible self-employment at a later time
