Master degree, technical degree or completed studies in electrical engineering Alternatively, a comparable qualification with well-founded professional experience Experience in planning and monitoring construction projects Knowledge of modern, digitally connected software landscapes in building management Ability to create schedules and apply them safely Analytical thinking, rapid understanding, lust for responsibility and a strong willingness to think beyond their own tasks in order to respond flexibly to new requirements Communication strength, enforcement ability and joy in dealing with people Travel and team spirit Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to learn new things
