A warm welcome and professional care of our guests from check-in to check-out with the aim of creating exceptional guest experiences Personal contact for all wishes, concerns and questions of our guests throughout their stay Check-in and check-out processes in compliance with our quality and service standards Organisation and coordination of the daily reception process as well as ensuring smooth operation at the front office Acceptance, processing and management of reservations and support in general booking requests Maintenance and updating of guest data, master data and relevant information in our systems Planning, organisation and coordination of individual VIP-Treatments and special guest wishes Implementation of concierge activities, including restaurant recommendations, excursion tips, ticket reservations and other services Planning and administration of our hotel vehicles and coordination and implementation of transfers and services Performance of the baggage service including personal assistance of guests to the room (Rooming) Professional and solution-oriented processing of guest feedback, complaints and special concerns Close cooperation with all operational departments to ensure an excellent guest experience Support for the introduction of new employees, trainees and trainees at the Front Office Responsibility for proper cash management and the implementation of administrative activities in the front office sector Ensuring a well maintained and representative appearance of the reception area With your organizational talent, your hospitality and your sense of excellent service, you will contribute significantly to providing our guests with unforgettable moments of wellbeing

Ideally a completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy, tourism industry or a comparable qualification First or multi-year professional experience in the field of front office, reception, guest care or a comparable service-oriented position of advantage Excellent hostility and joy in daily dealing with national and international guests Friendly, professional and service-oriented appearance with a high demand for the quality of guest care Well-kept appearance as well as excellent ways of handling and a safe occurrence Structured, careful and self-responsive operation with a high degree of reliability Impressive communication skills and joy in working with guests, colleagues and other departments Team-oriented personality with an open, valuable and helpful way of working Safe handling of common computer applications; Knowledge of a hotel reservation or property management system is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing, other foreign languages are welcome Own initiative, sense of responsibility and motivation to actively contribute to the further development of our service quality Passion for giving our guests special moments of well-being and making their stay an unforgettable experience Willingness to create a positive, professional and value-adding working environment together with the team
