Advising management and executives in all aspects of occupational safety Development, implementation and updating of uniform rules and concepts for occupational safety and safety culture Monitoring compliance with statutory, professional and internal health rules Analysis of accidents at work and path incl. Accident repatriation and derivation and follow-up of preventive measures Organisation and implementation of safety committees, missions and safety campaigns Training, awareness-raising and networking of security officers and promoting safety-oriented behaviour Independent reporting line for corporate management as a safety engineer / special functions without personnel responsibility

Complete study of safety technology (M.Eng.) or comparable qualification with a focus on occupational safety Completed additional training on the technical specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) Multiannual occupational experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in the energy sector Experience in project management and secure consulting and communication with internal and external customers Good IT know-how, ideally experience with work protection-relevant IT systems Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high communicative competence and independent, structured working
