Our customers are at the center of attention, so your most important task is to support users in all technical questions about our software. For example, you help with the installation and installation of our programs by TeamViewer and answer support requests by phone or e-mail, so help our customers with advice and action at any time. You will advise our customers in selecting the appropriate nlb solutions (software, web services and online applications) and possibly the necessary hardware. In the quality assurance and further development of our accounting systems you actively contribute. You can make technical requirements or new ideas for prepare the software development and bring it into projects. From the start, you work closely with colleagues in the team. You will be thoroughly involved and receive support at any time.

You have successfully completed your training in the IT sector and have already gained experience. In addition to your technical knowledge, you should enjoy customer contact.
