Welcome, check in and check out our guests according to the standards Implementation of the tasks in the various receiving layers Cash accounting of the individual layers including Credit card control Editing the guest tabs and registration documents Processing of VIP guest statistics and arrival lists in coordination with the reception line Transfer of the cash register during shift change Responsible for the local appearance of the lobby and the businesscorner Complaint handling according to guidelines

A completed hotel training First experiences at the front office desirable but not condition You are a good and communicative team member Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-conscious and well-kept appearance You are ambitious and can work independently and structured Ideal experience with the hotel software Opera Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
