Your challenge

• Guided tour of craftsmen
• settlement of insurance damage and coordination of follow-up orders
• Consumption, disposition, realization and billing of orders from the housing industry
• Ordering material and equipment

You'll convince (m/w/d), Electronics for Energy and Building Technology (m/w/d), Tischler (m/w/d), Bodenleger (m/w/d) or completed commercial training

• Professional experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
• Experience in the professional leadership of Monteuren/employees
