ACT NOW! - these are your tasks: Technical and commercial overall responsibility for small to medium-sized projects in building technology/electronic engineering, in particular in the fields of electrical installation, lighting and supply of large components (e.g. heat pumps or Refrigerant machines

Planning, control and monitoring of all project phases - from assembly to commissioning to successful delivery to the customer

Responsibility for risk management and ensuring an economic project completion

Creation of performance directories, specifications and participation in the offering calculation using project management tools

Leadership and coordination of the project team as well as guidance of contractors and external service providers in the field of technical building equipment

Management and technical clarification with customers, suppliers and other project participants

Ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements and comprehensive project documentation

Design and specification of equipment, distributions and plant parts to ensure technical requirements

Ensuring the timely and high-quality technical execution, commissioning and acceptance of the projects

Your profile - you should bring: Complete vocational training in electrical engineering or comparable qualifications (e.g. technicians or studies in electrical engineering/automatization technology)

Multiannual professional experience (>5 years) in a comparable position in the field of electrical engineering, ideally in craft or industry

Founded leadership experience with proven leadership of project teams, including coordination, motivation and professional guidance of interdisciplinary employees and entrepreneurs

Designed skills in project management as well as experience in managing resources, dates and quality requirements

Safe handling of project management software, ideally RIB iTWO

English knowledge of advantage

Valid driving licence class B and Germany-wide readiness
